It is constructed of solid steel with knurled chrome, rubber contoured grips and end caps. While the rubber grips are positioned towards the end of the bar, you also have the option of gripping the bar on the steel. The swivel cable attachment allows the bar to rotate freely, holding your grip firmly in one position.
