PRE-ORDER PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Due to our increased demand for high-end and premium quality fitness equipment, we strive to offer our customers the best and most convenient way to secure the best sellers by continuously offering a pre-order program.
However, suppose you are interested in availing of both pre-order and in-stock items. In that case, we suggest that you purchase these items in separate orders so we can deliver the in-stock items to you without waiting for the pre-order items to arrive.
In addition to that, whenever you purchase a pre-order item from our website at FitnessWholesaler.ca, we can also try to process the manufacturing as quickly as possible by adding an order request as soon as you buy the pre-order item. From the time you order the item up to the moment that we deliver the finished product, it could take anywhere between one to three months which all depends on the vessel.
Our team does our best to order high demand and fast-moving products ahead of time so we can fulfill the demand more quickly. However, the COVID-19 pandemic caused fitness centers and gyms to close, which made the needs for our best-selling fitness items skyrocket.
To help our customers obtain the pieces of equipment they need, we offer a pre-order program that will provide a great deal and the best means to secure hard to find items and those that are in high demand.
How do Pre-Orders Work?
For us to post a pre-order, three things must be done.
- Production from our factories must be complete.
- The goods have to be in our holding area (where they are consolidated and loaded onto shipping containers).
- We have to have a booked sailing date with an ETA to our port. This way we know what is coming in, in what quantities and when it is scheduled to arrive.
We will post pre-orders on an on-going basis. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking each week as different items will become available every week.
When posting pre-orders we will assign the container name with the product name it its tile. (Example: Garage Gym Bumper Plates, Pre-Order 106.) This will let you know what container shipment they are on and when they are scheduled to hit our warehouse. The Pre-Order items will show as “available” until the quantities available on the shipment are “sold out”.
How do I track and receive my order?
We’ve set up and continue to update an entire page dedicated to the tracking of our past and current pre-orders. You can track your container shipment at all times to stay up to date on the location of these shipments. Please check this page for continuing updates.
Once the shipments arrive, we will unload and count everything (normally this takes about 6 hours). As soon as that is done, we will immediately begin to pull peoples’ orders alphabetically and place them in a staging area of our warehouse. Once this is done, we will update the pre-order update page to show that orders are ready for pickup. You can pick up IMMEDIATELY when you see the message come up so MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE PRE-ORDER TIMELINE UPDATES PAGE to know when your items are ready. Our distribution manager will reach out to everyone who is slotted for delivery a few days after receiving each shipment. Our entire focus is to get everyone their orders as quickly as possible.
When will specific products become available for PRE-ORDER again?
We have multiple production orders going on with every one of our 10 factories we work with. There are production delays, shortages and many other variables that are constantly messing with our timelines which makes it very difficult to give accurate information on when products will be available for Pre-Order. This is also why we will NOT sell anything before it is in our holding area. The best thing to do is to check the website on an on-going basis to see what has arrived at our holding area that week.
Cancelling A Pre-Order
We only want our customers to be happy, and we understand there are times and circumstances where you may need to cancel a pre-order. So, we are more than happy to cancel a pre-order at the customer’s request. We do want to be upfront that there are transaction fees associated on all transactions and they do not refund us those fees when someone cancels their order. All these pre-ordered items, once bought, are final, and there will be no returns allowed. However, if we were not able to fulfill your order within three months from the order date, you can request a refund. In other cases, a refund can also be given. There will be a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted, however when you opt to do a refund.
